That said, the app is great if you don’t have any issues with the plan you are on. Customer service could use some re-vamping. Then once we figured it out, I was told I would need to pay an additional $70 to obtain the functionality I believed I should already have based on the description I saw in the app. When I spoke to customer service, trying to figure out what I actually paid was a nightmare. This company needs to work on transparency with the customer and aligning their platforms! The pricing provided online is also different than what is shown in the app. Please be warned that you should use the website to compare plans, not the little blurbs provided in the app! There are slight discrepancies between the descriptions.
